"After a Long Time… Let’s Talk About Hashimoto’s"
Hello again, everyone! It’s been a while since I last wrote, and I’m truly sorry for the long pause. After almost six months, I finally felt ready to sit down and share a little update. I hope you’ve all been doing well. Since leaving my job, I’ve been spending more time at home and focusing on taking better care of myself. One small but meaningful goal I’ve managed to stick to is eating more homemade food and making healthier choices. It might sound simple, but for me, it’s a big win — and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made. That said, I still struggle with the fatigue that comes with Hashimoto’s, and it continues to affect my life in many ways.
